Novo Nordisk Foundation CO2 Research Center

On 1 January 2022 the Novo Nordisk Foundation CO2 Research Center (CORC) opened at AU as the first solely mission-driven research center of the Novo Nordisk Foundation. We are on a crucial mission to mitigate climate change by developing novel science and early technologies for carbon capture, conversion and reuse. As an interdisciplinary center we are collaborating with Danish and international universities and industries, bringing together world-leading research in capture technologies, and in chemical and life sciences CO2 conversion.

We invite employees and students to an introduction to the center. The Center Director Alfred Spormann will present our unique interdisciplinary structure and mission of CORC, and the various ways you can get involved. We are keen to hear your innovative thoughts and ideas after the presentation, and to find ways to collaborate with you.

Everyone is invited to stay for drinks and snacks in the iNANO foyer after the presentation, and to get to know us and the researchers involved.
